(1) For private sales all prices include the shipping costs including transport insurance for the value of the goods.

(4) Shipping conditions: Within the European Union we bear the transport risk for private sales (unless
the buyer instruct us to ship it in his own way). For sales outside the European Customs Union, the buyer bears
the transport risk (EXW - ex works).
Notice: Because DHL doesn't ship goods above 999.99 EUR to the USA, I have to ship it via Fedex. It works excellent, but with
higher costs that I have to charge a little extra fee of 50 EUR resulting in a total amount of 1349 EUR for an ebbe und flut III.
(5) All import matters as customs clearance, duties, taxes and all applicable fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
Hint: If I am informed correctly US customs fee is flat 15 %.
